Luas comes out on tops of transport survey15 February 2018
Research conducted by the National Transport Authority of Ireland in Autumn 2017 shows 98% of Transdev's Luas customers in Dublin are satisfied with the tram service beating all other transport providers!
The survey shows that punctuality, reliability, frequency, comfort and value for money are the features Customers love most about Luas.
At the same time that customers were surveyed, Transdev won the prestigious Operator of the Year Award at the Global Light Rail Awards.
The judges commented:
"Transdev demonstrated exceptional innovation, performance and customer service. In addition Transdev were noted for moving to a 100% renewable electricity provider, for their introduction of an innovative new driver management system and for development of a new tram simulator for training of drivers."

Transdev, Luas operator, welcomed the findings of the Kantar Millward Brown Customer Satisfaction survey commissioned by National Transport Authority.
